The Beach House is a luxurious holiday residence. It is placed on Site on St Andrew’s Beach one of the few locations in the world where construction is permitted right on the foreshore.

 

The building is raised on columns and since the site is sand the pile footings go deep into the ground. ‘Inside’ and ‘outside’ are deliberately ambiguous.
